Before you email

Common questions about supported links, private posts, video quality, watermarks, and mobile download locations are answered in the FAQ. The quick-start guide explains the controls and common status messages.

Email

Send your message to support@threadsdownloader.dev. This opens your configured email application. You can also copy the address into any email service.

Email is handled by your mail provider and ours, separately from the downloader request flow. No response time is guaranteed, but clear, reproducible reports are easier to investigate.

What to include

For a technical problem, include only the details needed to reproduce it:

• the complete URL of the public post;
• the exact error message shown by the downloader;
• what you expected to happen;
• your browser, device type, and operating system;
• whether the post opens in a private browser window without signing in.

What not to send

Never email a Threads or Instagram password, session cookie, login code, private-post access, payment information, identity document, or unrelated sensitive personal information. Threads Downloader support will not ask for account credentials.

Privacy and rights requests

For a privacy question, describe the request without sending unnecessary personal data and review the Privacy page. If you hold rights in public content and want to report a specific post, include its exact public URL, identify the work, and briefly explain your relationship to it. The Terms of use describe the service's acceptable-use and copyright rules.

General feedback

Suggestions and clear bug reports are welcome. Please do not send bulk download requests, requests to bypass private-account restrictions, or unrelated marketing messages.
